WILL FIX WHATEVER IS UP WITH THIS CODING LATER

And she suffered for it. Often she was told she was a bad kit for speaking as such and her brothers were not so kind either. She felt lonely because she thought her family was giving up on her. Until she met her father’s young apprentice, Brownpaw. The tabby tom was young but saw that she was only looking for one cat that wouldn’t dislike her boldness. So one day when he left prey for the queens and kits, he grinned at her with that friendly smile of his and said, ”I’ll be your friend, Bluekit. Okay?” She thought nothing of it, just rolled her eyes and swatted his nose, claws in though. He was nice and very good to her when others sometimes weren’t. So yes, despite her “I don’t like you” attitude towards him, she really did come to see him as a friend.
When she became an apprentice, Bluepaw was closed off only more from her family. She was a hard-working she-cat, dedicated to her training and seemingly hard to get along with due to her big attitude. Redpaw, a second apprentice, stepped up once to her and fought right back. Nobody had ever fought her back besides her parents and Redpaw was definitely a first. Their bickering was short lived when they became quick allies in the brutal world of the warriors. What she didn’t know what Brownpaw and his jealousy. You see, Brownpaw wanted to protect her and he saw what was in Redpaw. The tom was bad news and he knew it. But how to prove it?
Bluepaw went through her training fairly well so long as she has Redpaw to jeer with and Brownpaw to keep her at bay. They made up for the two brothers she could not turn to, Slatepaw and Jaypaw. They just didn’t compare to her new found siblings. Still, the secret competition for her was far from her view as Redpaw and Brownpaw constantly fought about her well-being. It seemed so insignificant for the longest time. Even up until they became warriors (Redpaw and Brownpaw became warriors before her, Redcrow and Brownfur.) and she became Bluefang alongside Jaytail and Slatenose. Life was just so simple. So easy. Well, up until the first death.
They declared Slatenose dead after a fight against a deathberry that was slipped into his prey. Bluefang had never been terribly close to them but she was horrified that he was murdered as such. The she-cat mourned for him dearly beside Jaytail even though Brownfur and Redcrow glared with anger at one another. They knew. Oh, how they knew who had killed that poor tom that would shake Bluefang to the core. The only issue was revealing him. The next day, Bluefang was confronted by both, Brownfur accusing Redcrow of killing her brother and Redcrow accusing Brownfur. It was such a shock to her to hear the accusations of murders being thrown towards her. Even worse, from the two toms she had come to see as her closest companions. She tried to be reasonable but neither would listen to her. They were jealous and angry. Neither wanted to give up on their theory.
The worst part was when she finally confronted her parents about Slatenose’s death. They just glared at her and told her they blamed her for not watching her weaker brother better. Nothing hurt more than the feeling of that guilt that fell on her shoulders, to be blamed for a death because she had been a poor sister. Never in her life had she considered a relationship with Jaytail and Slatenose to be positive but it was still her fault even if they had a bad relationship. Bluefang was horrified and ran for Brownfur the moment she got that news. Blamed for her own brother’s death. A pathetic sister, a bad sister. So few things got to her. But this was one of them.
Redcrow saw this was not how the plan he set would work. He thought she’d come crying to him when Slatenose died, when her parents, after being tricked by a silver tongue, that she was to be blamed. Instead, she ran to his opponent, Brownfur. The angry tom was done with it, he wanted Bluefang all to himself. So the warrior went on a hunting trip with her once, leading her to the gorge between them and RiverClan. He knew how his words would sting, each one reminding her how Slatenose must have suffered as the deathberries took their toll. How her parents would forever weep at the memory, never to forgive her as long as they lived. She was broken, he was only cracking the lock more and more. This gorge would forever be the end.
Just before he was about to push her in, Brownfur appeared, tackling Redcrow which in turn threw him off instead of Bluefang. The she-cat warrior was astounded but looked upon Brownfur with something new. Love. She ran to him and the two were unable to separate themselves. He had saved her life. He was her love. What most didn’t know what the true deepness of that. To the Clan, they acted as if nothing had changed. Two friends, nothing more. Except that into her moons, around thirty-two moons, she was told she was carrying kits, his kits. Brownfur’s kits. It would finally settle after all the drama, all the horror of life itself would be put away. Except… it wouldn’t. It was never meant to.
In a tragic event, both she and Brownfur became sick, both of them becoming too ill to walk at one point. They would lay together in the medicine cat den, quiet and somber as they feared they would never get better. And for some of them, they wouldn’t. The sickness caused Bluefang to miscarry, all her kits never to survive. And worst yet, Brownfur. As he laid in his deathbed, curled tightly around his mate, he murmured a final thing into her ear. ”I’ll be your friend, Bluefang, okay?” He smiled at her and that was it. Brownfur passed on into StarClan.
That was a year and a half ago though and she has long given up and shrouded the memory of Brownfur and Redcrow. Nobody would believe she went through all that back then. Losing her mate, losing her kits, her friends, her brother, her kithood. Everything must’ve never happened because she’s pulled a veil over it and simply acts like nothing is wrong. Even if deep down she forever mourns the lives lost. Perhaps just being a plain old warrior is what she’s meant to be. It was always what she was meant to be.

This is the last night you’ll spend alone
Look me in the eyes so I know you know
I’m everywhere you want me to be
The last night you’ll spend alone
I’ll wrap you in my arms
And I won’t let go
