Name: Creamfoot
Age: 104 moons
Gender: She-cat
Clan: SkyClan
Apprentice: None
Rank: Elder
Mate/Crush: Thrushheart (StarClan, NPC.)
Kin: Various nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews scattered throughout the Clan. Brother, Toadheart; sister, Gingerflower; and parents all deceased.
Description: Creamfoot is a smaller-than-usual she-cat. She is quite muscular, though, for her old age. She has broad shoulders and muscular front legs. As nearly every SkyClan cat, she has the strong backlegs that are perfect for climbing up the gorge. However, her joints hurt her easily now, especially in the cold or wet weather, and she's been moving around less and less. Slowly, she is becoming scrawnier and leaner. But she is still able to raise a claw or two if needed. Her eyesight and hearing is failing her, but as she ages her sense of smell seems to only get better, and she can tell if a smell is out of place as well as the best tracker.
Creamfoot is a pale ginger cat. Her stripes are only a little bit darker than the rest of her coat, and it all blends well together. The only place her stripes are much darker are on her tail, where it is the most obvious feature, even though her tail is quite long. The bottoms of her legs are featureless, with only the solid color underneath her stripes. She has long white whiskers and a pale pink nose. Her pads are a tough light pink. Her eyes are an amber, only slightly darker than her coat. She was once a beautiful cat, but now her pelt is riddled with scars from the many battles she's taken part in.
Personality: Despite her small appearance, Creamfoot makes up for it every bit in attitude. She is a very sharp-tongued cat. As she ages, and seemingly gets smaller every day, her tongue quickly makes up for it. Quick to judge others, she has a low tolerance for 'slackers'. And she believes any cat not doing what they know is right (for example, bring the fresh-kill and cleaning out her nest on time!) qualifies as a slacker. She speaks her mind freely. And if you insult her or any of the cats she is close to, you're guaranteed to get a good whap across the face, even if her claws are sheathed. She has a quick temper. She seems to brush stuff off (especially cats' death) and always reverts back to StarClan, claiming, "Its in the paws of StarClan", or, "We'll see them again in StarClan one day".
This sharp cat does have some up-sides though. However annoyed some apprentices make her - kits, too - she can never stay mad at them. Sure, she snaps a little, but in truth, she has a soft spot for younger cats. Her strong loyalty to her Clan, friends, family, and the warrior code is one of her best traits. It takes a lot to swerve her from what she believes in. Despite her quick temper, she is very patient, and when she was a warrior she excelled in training apprentices.
History: Creamfoot was born to two experienced warriors. She was born as Creamkit, for her light ginger fur, alongside a sister, Gingerkit for her darker ginger fur, and a brother, Toadkit, for his brown tabby fur. Her parents cared greatly for them all, and each other, and held to their strong faith in StarClan, which has been passed on to their kits. Unfortunately, just after her third moon, her father was victim to a fox attack. He made it back to camp and was situated in the medicine cat's den. His scratches were infected, though, and soon his temperature shot up and StarClan claimed him. Creamkit and her family grieved, but er mother didn't mind - she knew she'd see him again in StarClan some day. And so the kit's life carried on, in a mixture of playing games and listening to elder stories.
Before Creamkit knew it, she'd reached her sixth moon. Time for the apprentice ceremony. She was dubbed Creampaw, and apprenticed to another experienced warrior that was a close friend to her father. Gingerkit became Gingerpaw and Toadkit Toadpaw. Her training sped along. She helped drive a badger out of the forest near the edge of the territory, and was rewarded with scars across her flank. She was an excellent tracker - she was the one that had scented the badger in the first place - and a fast runner.
She and her siblings had reached their fourteenth moon before the announcement came. They were to become warriors. Creampaw was awarded the name Creamfoot, due to her speediness and lack of stripes on her feet. Her brother became Toadheart after his courageousness and her sister became Gingerflower for her motherly nature. And so they grew, each moon seeming to pass faster than the one before.
It wasn't long before the attractive Gingerflower met a handsome tom. They were together for less than a moon before Gingerflower announced to Creamfoot and Toadheart that she and her tom were now mates, and that she was expecting his kits. In Creamfoot's opinion, a moon seemed like rushing things, but she couldn't criticize her sister's decision. Creamfoot had a slightly different personality back then - she wasn't so quick to speak or as sharp-tongued.
A couple moons passed, and then the rumors spread through the camp. "The kits are coming!" "But they aren't due for another half moon!" "I know! Send for the medicine cat!"
Gingerflower's kits were born early, but she had three beautiful kits, if not a little small. Creamfoot visited whenever she could, but the youngest she-kit's immune system was not strong enough to keep care of her for a moon, and StarClan soon claimed her. But Gingerflower didn't mind - she'd see her kit again some day, after all.
Gingerflower's kits became apprentices, and then it wasn't but three moons later when Toadheart became mates with a she-cat. A few moons after that, his kits were born. He had two handsome little toms, and again Creamfoot visited them often, for she loved kits, and wanted them to know she loved them as much as their father.
His kits, too, became apprentices. Creamfoot was given one of them, the smallest, and he was sharp and fun to train. But it wasn't until Creamfoot's fortieth moon that she finally fell in love. She'd known the tom, Thushheart, all her life, for he was only a few moons younger than she. But one day she saw him, and she felt a little differently. It took a few days for her to realize what was different - she liked him, more than she did other cats in the Clan. And soon after, he confessed that he loved her, and they became mates.
Creamfoot wanted kits - she really did. But from some odd misfortune, she was unable to conceive them. Filled with sadness, she broke the news to Thrushheart. But he didn't mind. He comforted the depressed she-cat. As a result, when Gingerflower moved into the nursery with her second litter of kits, Creamfoot became like a second mother to the one lone she-kit.
As she aged, Creamfoot's temper sharpened. Not long after Gingerflower's second litter became an apprentice, her mother was walking alone at the top of the gorge. She was an elder now, and the oldest cat in the Clan, and very frail. It was a windy day. A sudden very strong gust of wind blew, sending the old she-cat off the edge and flailing down to the foot of the gorge. She died on impact.
But her kits didn't mind - they did grieve, but they'd see her again in StarClan one day. And so Clan life continued.
Toadheart died in a river accident soon after his mother's death. He was on a patrol and was crossing the fallen log. It had been raining a lot recently, and the log was slippery. He lost his footing halfway across, and fell into the swollen river. They pulled his body out of the water, but it was too late - he'd already been claimed by StarClan. His sisters were surprised by how close together he and their mother's death had been, and they grieved. But of course, they didn't mind. After all, they'd see him again in StarClan some day. Besides, he's joined their mother and father, so he had to be happy.
Creamfoot, Gingerflower, and Thrushheart were all struck by the same bout of greencough. Only Gingerflower and Thrushheart were both much worse off. Creamfoot recovered in a few days. She helped out in the medicine den for a few days. And her beloved mate and sister both just got worse. Finally, the two of them were both too weak to cough, and word spread around camp that the two were close to joining StarClan. A couple of Gingerflower's now grown kits soon joined Creamfoot in the den.
StarClan claimed the two of them within hours of each other, Thrushheart before Gingerflower. And Creamfoot helped Gingerflower's kits through the tough time. She repeatedly reminded them, "Its okay, we'll see them again in StarClan someday." And because Gingerflower had raised her kits to believe in StarClan as strongly as she had, they agreed. Creamfoot grieved silently. She was the only one left, besides her siblings kits, in her family.
Moons passed, and they seemed to grow slower. And although Creamfoot felt alone, she never was. She had her Clan. She remained a warrior for as long as she possibly could, and then only a fight with a fox convinced her to retire. She was about eighty-five moons then.
She is a determined little thing. She knows her deceased loved ones would want her to live her life to the fullest, so she is still living, when only two of her siblings' kits remained, the others dying of various causes. She does have some great nieces and nephews, though. She likes telling the kits about her warrior days, and any story she can. She spreads on her unwavering faith in StarClan to each new generation. And she loves her Clan. She is very content with her life (she should be, considering all the StarClan cats she has watching over her!) although sometimes she can't wait to join her loved ones in StarClan. In fact, she's already making bets with her much younger friend, the sickly Smallpaw, as to who will die first!
Roleplay example: You know that its nearly impossible to lick your elbow, right?
And that most people you tell that will almost immediately try and prove you wrong?
And that some of YOU probably just tried it, too?
Other: Its very likely she will be joining StarClan in the next few moons. XD
Sorry for the loooong. She is old, after all. XD
