Description:
Thistlefrost is a fairly large sized tom with large muscles. He is white with several brown patches on his back and a few spots around his face. He has dark brown, almost a black color tip of a tail. There are several splotches of gray on his back that are a bit harder to see than the brown, but they are there. His nose is a salmon colored and his pads are a bit of a darker color salmon. Thistlefrost is a long-haired cat which doesn't help him in greenleaf, and will aggrevate him if the weather becomes too warm. His white patched fur blends in best during leafbare. Ripplepaw jokes that he looks like snow that a cat has made dirt in. And last but not least are his eyes which are a yellowish green color.
Personality:
Thistlefrost is a kind-hearted tom. He would do anything for his sister, and anyone he becomes close to. He isn't shy whatsoever, and enjoys talking to all cats. He has always been afraid of the elder's den, even as an apprentice he would never visit. It may just be a small fear, but he would rather not go into that den. He is quite a swift runner and enjoys food very much. His stomach is a bottomless pit, and it seems like he could eat forever. Thistlefrost doesn't like to listen to anyone else's problems, and feels that if they can't fix it, they should stop whining about it. He would never admit this to anyone, but Ripplepaw has figured him out better than he could imagine. He has a deep soft spot for Ripplepaw, although he doesn't show much compassion to others. He may be a bit rough with her, but he knows she can take it.
History:
Thistlefrost was born the only kit of his litter to a young queen and her mate. He grew up with plenty of milk and attention, and was a healthy and happy kit. Thistlekit was never too much of a troublemaker, and was quite strict about the rules, telling other cats they should obey them.
Thistlekit became Thistlepaw and had a wonderful mentor. He was very excited about the first rabbit he caught, and so were his parents.
About halfway though his apprenticeship his mother told him that she was expecting kits. Thistlepaw was excited, he wanted to have a brother or sister, or both.
Thistlepaw was soon made Thistlefrost and shortly after his mother gave birth to a single kit, Ripplekit.
Thistlefrost was a bit jealous of Ripplekit at first, not liking all the attention she was getting from their parents, but as she grew the tom became attatched to the little kit. The two formed a bond, something that he never expected.
When Ripplepaw was apprenticed a moon ago, Thistlefrost became her mentor. The kit refused to be mentored by anyone other than her big brother. Of course, Thistlefrost wasn't complaining.
Less than a moon ago, Thistlefrost’s mate, Mintleaf, gave birth to a litter of four kits. Thistlefrost couldn’t be a more proud father, and spends more time than he probably should with her in the nursery.
