p e r s o n a l i t y .Sturdy . Average Size . Grey . Thick Fur . Green Eyes
Sagepaw is a sturdily-built cat of average size. His eyes are curious and friendly, and a pleasing glass green colour. His compact, muscular body is covered in a thick pelt, which is a smooth, consistent grey. Sagepaw has yet to develop the thick neck-fur of a tom, but his tail is thick and full, and the rest of his pelt is soft and plush. His ears are of average size, but slightly rounded at the tips, and his face is well-boned and angular. His whiskers are of ordinary length, and his nose is a dark triangle. Completely balanced in gait and well muscled despite his age, Sagepaw looks more like a warrior's apprentice than a medicine cat in training. But his deft paws and sharp eyes lend themselves well to healing, and Sagepaw has always shown a preference for the medicine cat's role.
h i s t o r y .Curious . Eager . Friendly . Nice . Respectful . Studious . Helpful . Peaceful
Barely out of kithood, Sagepaw still has the youthful enthusiasm of a young cat. His step is light and eager, and his eyes constantly sparkle with curiosity. Like any young cat, he is interested in everything around him, and isn't afraid to explore the world on his own. Being an only child, he has constantly had to find ways to amuse himself, and he has become quite good at it. Sagepaw is a very friendly cat, eager to please everyone around him and happy to tag along with whatever someone is doing. He is especially friendly with the elders, and is always happy to listen to their stories, especially the ones about StarClan. Sagepaw is fascinated by the starry warriors that hunt along silverpelt, and he takes every opportunity to learn about them. He has always been more interested in learning more about his ancestors than learning to hunt and defend Clan borders, and he is developing an interest in healing other cats too. Though he has no knowledge of healing herbs, Sagepaw is a helpful cat, and would rather help his own Clan than fight others. He doesn't want to quarrel, and is the type of cat who wants to be friends with everybody.
Sagepaw was born in early leaf-bare, an ordinary kit born to the oldest nursery queen, Silverflower. The only other kits in the nursery at the time were already four moons old, so by the time Sagekit was at his most active they were already busy with apprentice duties. His mother, though loving and attentive, was feeling the weight of previous seasons, and couldn't play with him enough to keep him entertained. Alone in the nursery, Sagekit would sometimes talk to the other nursing queens who hadn't kitted yet, but he soon found his favorite pastime. Spending endless hours with the elders and listening to their stories, Sagekit became entranced with the tales they spun, and images constantly filled his imaginative head. Not quite clear on the way Clan ranking went, Sagekit told his mother that instead of being a warrior, he wanted to be an elder. Sagekit was then informed that cats have to be old or injured before they can become elders, and Sagekit's grand dream was squashed.m o t h e r : Silverflower
But he soon regained his enthusiasm, and it wasn't long before he was back in the elders den, listening to their stories though he had learned that he could not be one of them. But a new role was made known to him, one that all cats held in awe. Sagekit learned that the medicine cat of a Clan spoke to the Clan's ancestors on a regular basis, routinely living out the stories that Sagekit had previously only lived in his imagination. Amazed at the prospect of speaking with his warrior ancestors, Sagekit began paying even closer attention to stories about Clan medicine cats, and began eagerly watching the medicine cat at work as well. Everything had been made clear to him; Sagekit was going to be a medicine cat.
Finally the day came. It was mid-greenleaf when Sagepaw reached his sixth moon, and as he had hoped, his keen interest and devotion to the medicine cat's way had paid off. Sagepaw was taken to the Moonstone and made Earthfoot's apprentice before the eyes of StarClan, and begun his training under the medicine cat's tutelage. Every moon he learned more, and was able to meet other medicine cats and older medicine cat apprentices from the other Clans. As greenleaf drew to a close and leaf-fall approached, he felt that his life's dream was on its way to becoming accomplished.

I'm Yours by Jason Mrazr o l e p l a y . e x a m p l e .
Well you done done me and you bet I felt it
I tried to be chill but you're so hot that I melted
I fell right through the cracks
Now I'm trying to get back
Before the cool done run out I'll be giving it my bestest
And nothing's going to stop me but divine intervention
I reckon it's again my turn
To win some or learn some
But I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait, I'm yours

Sagekit stared up at the old cat, his eyes wide with awe and his whiskers quivering eagerly. "Tell me another story, Whitefur! Please?" the grey kit squeaked, his large green eyes pleading.
"Oh, no, young kit. I've done enough story-telling for now. Why don't you go visit Weaseltail's new kits? I'm going to take a nap."
Sagekit gave a loud sigh and cast one last hopeful glance at the white elder, but the old cat simply gave his ear a friendly flick and settled himself in his moss nest. "Okay," Sagekit sighed, and turned around to pad back out of the elder's den. Outside the camp was peaceful but busy, with a couple warriors repairing the nursery wall as the queens sunned themselves outside. Sagekit saw his mother, but Silverflower was sleeping, and he decided not to disturb her.
Instead he bundled off in another direction, spotting a fallen leaf and dropping into a crouch to sneak up on it. He padded slowly forward until he was a tail-length away from the quivering leaf, and then pounced on it, paws outstretched. He batted at it a few times and then lay down on the packed earth beside it, looking around with a relaxed gaze. Pulling the leaf towards him, Sagekit hooked one thorn-sharp claw through it and held it by his face. "Smells like oak leaf," he squeaked quietly as he sniffed delicately at the irregular-shaped leaf. "Maybe Earthfoot will want it!"
Excited by the idea of helping the Clan medicine cat, Sagekit leaped to his paws and bent down to gently pick up the leaf in his jaws. He tasted the bitter flavor on his tongue and made sure not to pierce the leaf's skin, but held on nonetheless. Turning around to locate the medicine den, Sagekit set off with eager steps in search of the medicine cat.
Aw man, I am so prepared! You don't even know how ready I am.
