Description:
Lilypaw is a fluffy little thing, looking more like a poofball than anything. She has the lightest orange fur you probably will ever see, looking to be almost a creamy color. She is a very cute little thing, still having that soft kit-like fur. It seems like she will never outgrow the fluffyness. Parts of her face, muzzle, and stomach are white, along with splotches of white on her front paws. Her nose is very pink, having no trace of any other color around it. Even though she may not technically be a kit anymore, she still is quite small, which only makes the fluffy fur look cuter on her. Both her whiskers and tail are short, which is quite funny when compared to the rest of her body. Lilypaw isn't deathly tiny or anything, just small without all the kit fat. Although when she is wet, her size shrinks even more, especially without all the fluffiness of her coat. She looks hilarious when wet, with fur plastered to her body and showing how small she really is. Now that she is a part of the Clan, she is gaining more muscle on her body, which is making her look less scrawny. Her eyes are a bluish green color, more blue than green.
Personality:
Lilypaw is one of those little fiesty cats who thinks she is bigger than she actually is, which can cause her to get into a heap of trouble. She doesn't have quite the temper her brother, Rookpaw, has, but it comes close. If her family is insulted, expect to not leave without some sort of payback. Lilypaw does not take it well when her brother, or her adoptive mother is insulted. Even though she is small and looks cute, she can be fierce if necessary.
Where her brother is good a fighting, she is better at watching. She claims that observing is her specialty. Lilypaw never got the hang of the whole fighting game. She is actually afraid of getting hurt, or hurting someone else. Like stated before the only exception to her whole 'no fighting' is when her family is insulted. Now that she is an apprentice, and no longer a loner, she has come out of that shell a little, and doesn't mind fighting as much.
Where she used to be shy and keep close to her mother, Lilypaw now relies more on herself. She tends to rely more on Rookpaw than she should, but she knows her brother is there for her, like he always has. Now that she is away from her mother, she tends to stick close to her brother, not wanting to be alone and away from him. She is trying to branch out away from him, but he has been her everything for so long, and it's hard to completely turn your life around.
Now that Rookpaw is gone, Lilypaw is lost again and is trying to find her way on her own. It's difficult but she's trying.
History:
Lilypaw has not always lived in ThunderClan, she moved into the Clan around her eighth moon, and began to train. She was born to two cats that couldn’t be more different. Her mother was a loner, while her father was a ThunderClan cat. Her father left the Clan for a while, to help take care of the kits. Lilypaw was born as Dakota, a name she shared with her deceased aunt. Dakota had one littermate, Shadow, and they were so different. Her mother went out one day when the two were still under a moon, to see if she could find her long lost sister. The kit’s mother never returned, and their father didn’t want to bring them back to the Clan with him. He didn’t know what to do, so he left the two alone, hoping someone would find them.
Thankfully, the two kits were found by Frostflower, and she took them in like her own kits, raising them and taking care of them. Dakota has no memory of her real parents, and every time she tries to remember all she remembers is the times she has had with Frostflower. And so she considers Frostflower to be her real mother, since her own parents were killed, or so she thinks, before she really had a chance to know them.
Dakota decided to try and be a little brave one day and wandered away from their nest. She stumbled upon what was called a Clan and met a cat named Mudpaw. He showed her how to get home and when she returned she told her brother all about what she had done. She decided to go back and talk with her friend, and Shadow followed. He had always been her protector and wasn’t stopping then. It turns out the Clan was lacking in cats and the leader welcomed them.
Dakota became Lilypaw and Shadow became Rookpaw. It took a while for her to become accustomed to Clan life, but she did quite well, especially with the help of Mudpaw. He was such a good friend. He disappeared for almost a moon and the she-cat was devastated. She stayed as close to her brother as possible and though she was stronger, she still felt lost. When Mudpaw returned, the she-cat brightened up instantly and his return brought her mother to join the Clan. Lilypaw loved that her mother was now in the same Clan and she excelled even more. However despite her mother joining the Clan, her brother soon died, killed by a monster. This sent Lilypaw into a deeper sorrow and she stuck close to her injured friend, Mudpaw, and tried to lean on him for comfort.
