Don't blame it on me...
Blame it on my wild heart....
Wildheart stood in the moonlight, the silver glow shining down on him. His sisters were here, too. He felt protective of them, as well as himself. Had they finally found home? They weren't near it now, but it was there, by the river. Walks were usually good, especially at night. It was good for Rhiannon. Otherwise, she rarely ever left their den. She was too timid, and yet, Wildheart thought, so beautiful.
He sat down, feeling the moonlight's cool, silver touch on him. They had been together everywhere, the three of them, and so had the moon. It had been there every night. How could they move so much, and yet the moon is always in the same spot, so careless?
The sea never changes - not really
It is the constant in my life
I always return here
To the flash of those colors
Through every window
The wind through the night
Here I am dramatic
Here I am not waiting
Here I am not listening
For the call of the wind
Bombay was almost alseep. Her mind was fogged and frosted with drowsiness. Wildheart stood in front of her, and she knew she was safe. Her heart swelled again, and with a soft sigh she lowered her head onto her paws. The earth had been cold when they arrived, but now it was warm with their heat. Could something so strong, like the earth and the ground, be changed so quickly by something as small as they? It hurt her mind.
Her mind was light and careless, sort of in a dreamy state. She dreamt of running up and over the hills. Then, she dreamt of the rockfall. She was scared for just a moment, before she opened her eyes to see her family, safe again. She thought of toms and how she'd love for one to love her, how she wished she could meet one. But, she was just a tad too timid to go deep into these Clan or even loner territories. But she was a loner, really, so why was she upset to go into her own territory? Maybe it was fear for her siblings.
How, on a night such as this, could she think so often about fear?
She rules her life like a bird in flight and
Who will be her lover?
Rhiannon stood there too. Though her mind was thinking of things much different then her siblings. She thought of magic, of how the stars shone, of how the moond could change from a claw to an eye. Of how every feeling had a reason, how you could feel any way you wanted to, and yet you couldn't control your feelings. It was odd, really... Here with her siblings, she thought that nothing else mattered. Her mind wandered to the feeling that she felt - love. Love for her brother and sister and the night and the moon. She knew they loved her, too, but did anyone else? Did anyone else love that elusive cat, Rhiannon? She didn't know. But for now, she was content basking in the moonlight.
Forever in love.
She rings like a bell through the night and
Wouldn't you love to love her?
Blame it on my wild heart....
